 Poached Shrimp with Garlic Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 X-large shrimp

  • 4 oz Butter

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • Basil Flowers 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the shrimp, butter and chopped garlic in a ziploc bag.

2. Heat a Sous Vide to 140f and immerse the bag in the water bath for 30 minutes.

3. Serve in a large bowl with the Basil Flowers and hot fresh bread.
