 Scrambled Eggs with  White Truffles

DIRECTIONS:

1. Melt the butter in a pan on very low heat.

2. Mix the eggs, salt, pepper and baking powder in a bowl. Poor the mixture into the pan and continue to cook on very low heat for 45 minutes stirring frequently until the eggs are just about to solidify.

3. Plate the Scrambled Eggs and shave white truffle over the top.

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large Free Range Eggs

  • 1/4 cup of cream

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 oz of butter

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

  • White Truffle
